• APPS LEGAL ARCHIVE: to deposite a document with probing value in the Caisse des depots Arkhinéo in accordance with the law of the Digital Economy 2004 (Authentication of the person and not change the document during the entire duration of his life).
• APPS ID-CLOUD: ID-Cloud is the first global offering that allows you to generate a certificate of conformity to protect against risks and financial and legal impacts resulting from identity theft. This certificate serves as proof of compliance prior to your identity.
• The certificate of conformity and the national identity card, passport or other circulation document are archived for 10 years at CDC Arkhinéo.

- What does DIGITAL HOME SPACE mean? Genesis of a concept.
Information technology underwent over the recent years some major shifts , namely what is called dematerialisation, whilst Earth preservation became a major concern. For more than 2000 years, we have had to cope with paperwork and make sure we would store those documents safely and in a place we can easily remember. The concept of DIGITAL HOME SPACE sprang from that observation. DEMAT STORE enables you to re-establish this natural link between your documents (sheet of paper, contracts, official documents and so on) and your own digital space located on DEMAT-STORE secured servers where you will be archiving your own data. - What makes a difference between storing documents on a USB key and DEMAT-STORE secured key access over the internet?
USB keys have replaced the former floppy disks and technology will bring new storage devices beyond any doubt. DEMAT-STORE Key is first and foremost a secured key thanks to its browser exclusively crafted by DEMAT-STORE. It therefore has two functions: you materially open and lock the door to your personal digital home space on the internet, what we call at DEMAT-STORE Highly Secured Access, based on principle most global banks use nowadays; And your key will furthermore encrypt connections back and forth between itself and your personal digital space.
- How many documents may I store and archive within my personal digital home space on the internet and for how long ?
Any document you own may be stored for life in your Digital Space Drawers. When buying your key , you will be able to store up to 10,0000 documents and create as many drawers as you want. You may as well create your personal safe box where you will archive your most valuable documents. Some archived documents may require a probing value, ie a recognised legal value; this is the purpose of our partnership with CDC ARKHINEO (100% owned by Caisse des Depots) which is the entity responsible for the legal guarantee of your archives.
- What if I loose my secured access key ?
The first step when installing the key is to memorise its ID serial number engraved at the back. You will be asked this code in the event of a loss. We will then be able to craft a new identical key. Only DEMAT-STORE may legally produce a new key for a small fixed fee.

DEMAT STORE ® gives you the key to access your digital space on the Internet. It has a serial number identifiable only by DEMAT STORE ® to ensure safe access to your digital space. It allows you to store, manage and view your documents for life. Your digital space is provided free of subscription with the key for a period of 30 years.
Securely manage your information / documents from any computer through recognition of the identity of the key & encryption of exchanges with your DEMAT STORE Key.
A top-notch browser (DS Browser) exclusively created by DEMAT STORE establishes secured connection to your personal digital space. This browser will permanently detect any connection between your key and any computer. THIS MEANS THAT ALL INFORMATION EXCHANGED is encrypted in 256bit real (AES - Advanced Encryption Standard)with our VERISIGN PRO certificate. It is used by most banks and a majority of e-commerce sites worldwide.
Simply plug the key into the host computer. Once the Internet connection has been established, you will have direct access to your secured private space for the management / consulting of all your information. DEMAT STORE verifies that the key corresponds to your secured private space before activating the functions of space management.

The key allows you to file a list of documents selected by you and then file them into your drawers. The system provides each document with specific timestamp, sharing option, geo-location, nature, and a directory index . Each drawer has its own specification including tag name, sharing name and a summary of content. Each drawer itself can become a safe access with a password in order to store confidential documents. Each document can be saved in a remote space of legal probative archive over a period of 30 years.
Share with your friends, family, customers ...
You can share your information with your friends, family, a group of friends, casual visitors outside your private circle. A dedicated area allows you to store the information you intend to share with any approved visitor. You can manage the consultation period from and /or until a specific date.
Access your accounts online
DEMAT STORE allows you to submit web links to your favorite sites you may access with your required login / password when needed. Furthermore, your computer will not keep record nor history of visited sites.
Bring your documents with you with the key DEMAT STORE
Thanks to the key, you do not depend on any Internet connection. Before leaving, you may store the information / documents required onto the key. Take it with you then connect the USB port on any computer and view your documents. It has a storage capacity of up to 10 000 documents averaging 100 kb each.

DEMAT STORE offers you the possibility to fill information / documents in the mobile space by allowing you to download data from your mobile in order to view or transmit them to a third party.

You can send a document via email from your digital space or from your mobile. Prior notice will be sent to the recipient.
Scanner at one of our scan point or by yourself
Having all your information in digital scanner requires original paper documents. STORE DEMAT offers the option to either use its distribution network (DEMAT STORE SCAN HERE logo) and scan imagers or to do it yourself.

Just collect the documents that need to be scanned, and go to the nearest approved dealer. They will then scan and collate documents in folders and digitally record scanned document following the same folder’s classification. Getting back home, just plug the key into your computer and start the synchronization function. The physical folder is geo positioned in your DEMAT STORE personal digital space. Each electronic document is associated with the name of folder in which it is contained.
2.Scanning of documents by yourself
Simply scan each document and then save them onto your DEMAT STORE key. Then start the synchronization function. The documents are forwarded to your personal digital space.
